Personalised Items

All items are made to order and personalised specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalised items, unless the item arrives faulty or an error has been made by us. 

Personalised orders are created exactly as entered at checkout. Please ensure all names, spelling, dates, and details are correct before placing your order. Moments in Magic is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Care Instructions

Please follow the care instructions provided. Moments in Magic cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or care once the item has been received.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
